From an initial consultation at your home, we can determine the best way to convert your space. We will provide a digital sketch proposal and a fixed price quotation for the works, including all aspects and trades.
We will then complete a full survey of your property and produce high quality CAD designs with full layout and building regulation details. Our chartered engineer will undertake the full structural design, and we will submit plans and details to the Local Authority Building Control.
Once all permissions are granted, our experienced tradesmen will arrive and complete the project ready for you to move into the new space.
